Edit (since you wanted to know why) : I ordered a seafood quesadilla and they gave me a shawarma without cheese. When I pointed this out the chef had told the server that it was the same thing lol. Brother please. There's a big difference. Also when I asked why the ice cream was missing from the waffles with ice cream I ordered they gave me weird looks. They did eventually give me the ice cream though. Was done with my waffle when it came. This was back in January 2024. 27th as I remember. Hope this helps with improving your service. I did leave a tip anyway because at least the place looked cool despite the swarm of mosquitoes 😂

From security person to cafe person gave us an excellent service. Good place and delicious food.

If your chef wants to trash talk the customers, I suggest that you get rid of the open concept or tell him to quiet down. Not only that but the way you treat locals is very different. Don't assume that people haven't eaten good food before. And do not try to gaslight them by saying that that is what they ordered. They don't come to the cafe to eat off of him for free or be treated so poorly. The waiters were nice though. The chef's (the day time one if there is multiple) food is just as bad as his attitude.

Big disappointment, we saw the Italian dishes and wanted to eat something different for one evening but it turned out that most dishes were not available so we opted to order pizza, I had a pepperoni that came with some meat on it instead of pepperoni, dessert was a disaster we asked for a cheesecake, apparently it was frozen so the tried to defrost it via a microwave 😂 The staff was very nice and trying to do their best.

Cute place with good food and service. They had one of the best cinnamon rolls I' ve ever had.

Amazing staff, amazing vibe, amazing food and just that cozy feeling, (I couldn't take any pictures) but the atmosphere was really nice, well maintained. Quiet and serene, perfect for a meeting or for some laid back conversation. Overall just a cozy boutique cafe secluded in the right place.

Came here for coffee on our last day, I wish we had found it sooner! The coffee and food is delicious and a special mention for Nissanka for his friendliness and kindness! 10/10

Super friendly welcoming staff. Very good price & quality with a cosy balcony with comfy seats. They have dairy free milk options. The croque madam is very tasty!! With soft baked bread. Toilets are clean

Good food with reasonable price. We had breakfast 2 times and 1 lunch. Would recommend to have breakfast in Kandy.

We had a surprise dinner arranged for a friend and Everything was perfect... friendly service... food was delicious. I loved the battered calamari dish wish a superb mayonese... waiting to visit again...

We had a perfect time here and the good was verz good. Vimarshana,Ravindu,Rukshan, did everything for us and made it very special.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee. Close to the temple of the tooth.
